TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
• All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of goods.
• If you buy a print and for any reason are not satisfied, you may return it undamaged for a full refund, less any postage costs.
• Any prints received damaged will either be replaced or a full refund given, less postage costs
• You may cancel the order and obtain a full refund:
• Prior to dispatch of the print(s)
• Within 7 days of receipt of the print(s)
• All orders are acknowledged via e-mail. Should you encounter any difficulties, please get in touch via:
• Postage and packaging for all orders in the UK is included in the price listed on the website.
• Postage and packaging for all Non-UK countries is at an additional cost and subject to change without notice.
• Within the UK, prints will be despatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service. For overseas shipping, Royal Mail International track packages while in UK, and deliver at the earliest in 5 days.
• Framed prints are packaged securely and sent throughout the UK and rest of the world using various courier services. Please contact us for further prices and delivery timescales for all framed goods.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS PHOTOGRAPHY
• To bookphotographsof.com, a signed contract must be returned electronically to info@photographsof.com or in writing to photographsof.com.
• Payment must be made in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice.
• Images will not be sent to you / your organisation until full payment has been received.
• Cancellations made 5 days or more prior to the date and time agreed on the contract will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the date and time agreed on the contract will incur a fee of £100.00 plus any costs associated with travel, accommodation and sustenance (as listed in the contract).
• Wherever possible, the full cost of the photographic session will be identified in the contract, however photographsof.com do not accept responsibility for photographic sessions running overtime due to issues outside of our control. Where a photographic session runs over time, £50.00 per hour will be charged and invoiced to the company.
• You own all images taken at the photographic session which will be provided at no extra cost by photographsof.com either on a CDROM or similar storage device or sent electronically.
• photographsof.com can post copies of images taken at the photographic session on its web site but not for re-sale.
